    A search of the records, compiling the ownership interest, and any encumbrances.

  • Foreclosure Searches:
    A search of the records that conforms to the necessary statutes, setting out all matters pertinent to the notice, provisions for foreclosure, as well as the ownership and encumbrances.

  • Escrow Closing:
    Settlement services for the closing of sales, refinance, home equity, construction and commercial properties.

  • Third Party Escrow Service:
    Holding of funds, or documents, pursuant to written instructions.
